The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial projects. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming spaces according to client specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Perform cabinet installation and ensure proper alignment and functionality. Utilize power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Build structures and frameworks as per project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints to execute designs accurately. Apply plaster for wall finishes and repairs. Execute trim carpentry tasks, including installation of moldings and baseboards. Finish concrete surfaces with precision, ensuring durability and aesthetics. Carry out masonry work for brick, stone, or block installations. Restore existing structures while maintaining their original character and integrity. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Skills Proficient in cabinet installation techniques. Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation. Ability to build structures from the ground up based on project specifications. Skilled in blueprint reading for accurate project execution.
