Job Description
Lead Cabinet Installer Exoticapedia LLC Manhattan, NY Key Responsibilities Install custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and fine woodwork with precision and care Lead carpentry scope in-field, coordinate with PMs, supers, and subcontractors Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings; verify dimensions and layout accuracy Maintain quality control and proactively resolve issues Collaborate with site supervisors to sequence work and ensure jobsite readiness Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in residential finish carpentry and cabinet installation Demonstrated expertise in high-end millwork, cabinetry, and site-built woodwork Ability to lead and supervise carpentry crews on active job sites Strong understanding of construction sequencing and finish tolerances Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
