Major Responsibilities:

Craftsmanship:

Execute assigned tasks with skill and precision, contributing to the overall quality and aesthetics of high-end renovation projects.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with lead craftsmen and other team members to complete project tasks efficiently and according to specifications.

Detail Work:

Focus on intricate and detailed aspects of the renovation process, such as trim work, custom cabinetry, and intricate finishes.

Material Handling:

Assist in the handling and organization of materials and supplies, ensuring that they are utilized effectively and efficiently.

Quality Assurance:

Participate in quality control measures to ensure that all work meets or exceeds company and client standards.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, promoting a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.

Client Interaction:

Interact with clients courteously and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the work being performed. 2.

Objectives/Results:

Completion of assigned tasks with precision and attention to detail, contributing to the overall craftsmanship and quality of renovation projects. Positive feedback from lead craftsmen and project managers on the quality and efficiency of work performed. Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in high-end residential construction or renovation, with proficiency in detail-oriented tasks such as trim work, custom cabinetry, tile, and finishes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with lead craftsmen, project managers, and other team members. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, prioritizing safety in all aspects of work. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing project requirements and deadlines.
