Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cabinetry Woodworker to join our team. As a cabinetry team member, you will be responsible for cabinetry installations in high-end custom homes. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, attention to detail, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work with the cabinetry installation team to install millwork, molding and trim for cabinetry, doors, baseboards, crown molding, mantels and other ornamental pieces. Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials using woodworking tools and equipment. Install cabinetry and woodwork on-site and in-home as required, ensuring proper fit and functionality. Collaborate with the Cabinetry Team Lead and teammates to discuss project details, provide recommendations, and address any concerns. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures. Experience building face frame, inset and European styles of cabinets a bonus.
Requirements:
Three +++ years installing custom cabinetry in custom homes. Proven experience as a cabinetry woodworker or similar role in a woodworking shop or cabinet-making facility. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Skilled in using woodworking tools and equipment such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers. Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills. Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors. A positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills/techniques Prior experience with custom cabinetry and furniture-making. Knowledge of different wood types, finishes, and their properties.

Monday-Thursday Overtime as needed
