What We Offer:
Pay of $18 per hour
First Shift | 7:30 AM•4:00 PM
Third Shift | 4:00 PM•12:30 AM
40-hour workweek
30-minute lunch break
Hearing protection and required PPE provided
Forklift training provided by Koch supervisor or Safety Department
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a machine operator preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for 8-hour shifts
Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs
Strong teamwork and time management skills
Willingness to follow safety regulations and accept supervision
Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
Must be able to operate alertly and safely at all times
What You’ll Do as a
Machine Operator:
Operate machines in the door and frame build area
Perform routine machine operations and preventative maintenance
Report defective materials or issues to supervisor
Keep work area and equipment clean and organized
Run appropriate computer programs to meet production needs
Organize completed wood products efficiently
Occasionally operate a forklift (training provided)
Identify wood species as needed
Follow all federal and state safety guidelines
