The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong understanding of various construction techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Duties Lead and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks including tile laying, concrete forming, and welding. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Train and mentor junior installers on best practices in installation techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Requirements Proven experience in a lead installer or similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction management principles. Strong skills in tile laying, concrete forming, welding, and the use of various hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with construction inspection processes to ensure quality control on-site. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Knowledge of Bluebeam or similar software for project management is a plus.
