The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with expertise in frame carpentry, remodeling, and other related skills. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Duties Lead and supervise a team of cabinet installers on various residential and commercial projects. Review project plans and specifications to determine installation requirements and materials needed. Perform high-quality cabinet installations, including measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinets on-site. Ensure all installations comply with building codes, safety standards, and company policies. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Train and mentor junior installers, promoting best practices in installation techniques and safety. Conduct site assessments and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as they arise.

Salary:

$100,000 / year. Negotiable with experience.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. Qualifications Strong knowledge of cabinetry, woodworking, and installation techniques. Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to cabinet installation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
