In this position the associate installer will coordinate with the Lead Installer and work side by side with other crew members. The overall goal of the Associate Installer is to work with their crew members to achieve completion of the installation project with the highest level of safety, quality, efficiency and conformance to the original plans and specifications. Key Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license Outgoing and energetic personality. Willingness to learn Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. Some knowledge of first aid. Understanding of the construction industry safety standards. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level. Able to work both independently and as a part of a team. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form. Demonstrates patience with frustrated customers. Good at troubleshooting and time management abilities. Diligent and proactive result-driven personality. Contributes to building a positive team spirit; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
