Woodworking Full Job Description Job Overview:

Keystone Kitchens INC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Builder to join our cabinetry and millwork team. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Cabinet Builder, you will work on constructing, assembling, and finishing custom cabinetry to meet specific design requirements, ensuring every piece meets our standards for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
Cabinet Construction:

Assemble, sand, and finish cabinets and millwork according to design specifications and blueprints.

Material Preparation:

Cut, shape, and prepare wood and other materials, ensuring accuracy and precision.

Customization:

Modify existing cabinetry to meet specific project requirements, including custom trim, doors, and moldings.

Quality Control:

Inspect each component and finished piece to ensure it meets Keystone Kitchens INC’s high standards for quality and durability.

Tool Maintenance:

Operate and maintain tools, including saws, routers, planers, and sanders, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and installers, to complete projects on time and to customer specifications.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all workplace safety standards and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cabinetry or woodworking, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Physical Ability:

Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and operate various woodworking tools.

Communication:

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
