The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing leather and heated seats as well as other with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform installations of products according to specifications and company guidelines. Utilize tools and equipment to ensure accurate installations. Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to verify functionality and compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues that may arise on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Requirements Proven experience in installation or a related field is preferred. (preferably one year or more) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Must be physically capable of performing installation tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environments. A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job assignments.
