Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented Cabinet Punch List Technician to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our cabinet installation projects are completed to perfection. As the final touchpoint on jobs, you will be responsible for addressing finishing tasks, minor corrections, and detailed adjustments to deliver a polished, professional product to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed paint touch-ups on cabinetry and trim. Install cabinet hardware , including knobs, handles, and pulls. Apply and secure shoe molding and crown molding . Make precise door adjustments for proper alignment and operation. Pick up and transport trim and related materials from suppliers as needed. Assemble cabinets at job sites or in the shop. Assist in the delivery and installation of cabinets . Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or finish work preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. Comfortable using hand and power tools safely. Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
