Full-Time Finish Point Trim and Millwork is looking for experienced cabinet builders . We are looking for individuals who want to work for a company that respects your work. We provide custom carpentry services in Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas. If you think you have what it takes to help us change the way the world views carpenters, then follow the directions below: Our ideal candidate has 5 or more years of practical field experience installing custom residential millwork and cabinetry and meets or exceeds the following:

Responsibilities:

Layout and stage a job site Give direction and training to one or more apprentice installers

Job Requirements:

Ability to read construction documents and shop drawings Exceptional attention to detail Good working knowledge of cabinet construction and millwork installation Ability to self manage and produce work in a timely fashion Strong mathematical and problem solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other subcontractors as needed to accomplish the work Ability to personally forecast work goals for scheduling and capacity evaluations

Qualifications:

Experience with high end production is preferred (production speed and high quality) Passion for carpentry Ability to pass a drug test and background check Possess a great attitude, people skills and work ethic Valid driver’s license Dependable transportation Able to show examples of your work Provide at least 3 professional references •We will not contact any references until we have your verbal or written permission. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and moving materials. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must have full range of motion and be able to lift tools above shoulder height to work in tight spaces during installation Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
