Cabinet Installer Knoxville Custom Cabinets 5140 Knoxville Highway, Oliver Springs, TN 37840 Job Summary We are seeking a Cabinet Installer with cabinet making and installation experience and skills. As an installer you will be responsible for measuring and installing custom high-end millwork for commercial and residential projects in a timely and clean manner using provided materials and driving a company vehicle. All applicants must have experience using hand and power tools, and a valid driver’s license to travel to job sites. Candidates must be prepared to get to work with a positive attitude, be honest and reliable and have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties of this job. Duties and Requirements The main responsibility of this position is to install cabinets in a safe, high quality, productive and profitable manner. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and be able to communicate what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional manner.

• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Assembling and fastening material using hand and power tools.
• Installing cabinets and trim.
• Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound products.
• Perform cabinet installations.
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
• Thoroughly inspect the finished work and ensure work is completed as requested by the customer, project manager or contractor and it is to their satisfaction.
• Proven experience as a cabinet installer of 1+ years with the ability to take accurate measurements.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent carpentry, hand, and power tool skills
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Good working knowledge of cabinet construction and millwork installation.
• Ability to self-manage and produce work in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other customers, contractors, and project managers as well as team members.
• Reliable and dependable
• Cleaning the work area of any debris and dust
• Cross training in other areas of the shop. Building, edge banding, laminating, and finishing millwork. Physical Demands
• Ability to lift 50-84 lbs., reach, stoop, grasp, balance, climb stairs and ladders, kneel and crouch.
• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, and bending
