Prestress Production Lead RedBalloon LLC Rock Island, TN 38581 Job Summary We are seeking a committed and detail-focused Prestress Production Lead to become a key part of our team. In this position, you’ll oversee the production of custom concrete walls, sandwich panels, and other precast items, ensuring precision and quality from setup to shipment. You’ll supervise and support a team of three, providing leadership and direction to maintain efficient, high-quality output. Responsibilities Supervise a three-person production crew, assign daily tasks, and ensure timelines are met Clean and prepare forms according to custom specifications Secure panels and correctly place door, window, and custom frame-outs Accurately position rebar and insulation within forms Double-check form alignment and frame setup before concrete is poured Smooth and finish concrete for sandwich and standard panels Strip finished pieces and perform any necessary repairs of damaged products Load finished products for delivery and keep equipment clean and organized Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace Requirements High school-level proficiency in mathematics Previous experience in prestressed concrete production Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Skilled in reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans Experience operating table and radial arm saws Proficient with standard concrete finishing tools and screeds Confident in reading tape measures with accuracy High level of precision and attention to detail Strong team player with excellent communication skills Ability to read and measure accurately with a tape measure Dependable, punctual, and hard-working Maintains confidentiality at all times Flexible with work hours and motivated to meet production objectives Benefits Competitive base pay as part of a comprehensive compensation plan $1,000 bonus after one year of successful employment Performance-based incentives and annual bonuses Health benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) and Roth retirement savings plans Additional retirement planning options Paid vacation and personal time Growth opportunities and access to professional development Team-building events and a strong sense of camaraderie
