Sirius Staffing is hiring Cleanroom Technicians/Operators for a long-term opportunity at a Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Birmingham, AL. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to support manufacturing operations in a regulated cleanroom environment. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and sanitation of our production areas and equipment. $25.00/hr Benefits offered + PTO and paid
Holidays Schedule:
Training Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM
- 4:00 PM After initial training, shifts will transition to one of the following:
Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM
- 5:00 PM
Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 AM
- 5:00 PM
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM

Midnight Key Responsibilities:
Independently perform aseptic techniques in Grade D/C cleanrooms and Grade A fillers/isolators
Clean and sanitize cleanroom environments to standards verified by the Quality Microbiology department
Sanitize production equipment manually or using systems such as CIP (Clean-in-Place), SIP (Steam-in-Place), and other cleaning mechanisms
Participate in general housekeeping and maintain stock of consumable supplies, including inventory and cycle counts
Assist in facility upkeep, including maintenance, calibration, and procedural improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Associate Degree in a technical field and 0-2 years of related industry experience
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with system controls/data logging software
Comfortable with basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and calculation execution
Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions
Knowledge of general laboratory glassware and its uses
