What’s a Typical Day as a Utility Operator? Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift. Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating. Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment. Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency. Identifying and implementing improvements in operations. Documenting production data (forms, reports, logs, equipment & batch records). Using Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) methods to ensure safety. Troubleshooting problems and completing tasks that require multiple steps, with minimal supervision. Assuring coating slurry and raw substrates meet required specifications. This Job Might Be a
Great Fit If You:
Have a high school diploma or GED. Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, including machine operating experience. Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
