Job Summary:
- A skilled Chemical Coating Machine Operator is sought to apply chemical coatings to plastic polymers.
The role includes setting up, operating, and maintaining coating machinery. It also ensures the accurate application of coatings, and performs quality checks to meet specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, knowledge of chemical handling, and the ability to work safely in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Set up and operate coating machines to apply chemical coatings to plastic polymers.
+ Prepare surfaces and coating substances according to specific job requirements. + Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure even distribution and quality of coatings. + Conduct quality assurance tests (e.g., thickness, adherence, consistency). + Maintain accurate records of process parameters and results. + Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.

Qualifications:
- + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience operating coating machinery or related equipment. + Familiarity with chemical handling procedures and safety protocols. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Good problem-solving and communication skills.
