Position Purpose Provide a variety of sterilization processing functions, manual & automated decontamination procedures. Provide sterile instruments & clean equipment to the Operating Room, Gastroenterology, WIC, Emergency Dept. & other departments as needed. What you will do The ideal candidate will be able to Decontaminate, process, and reassemble instruments for sterilization and safely operate all steam, Sterrad and EtO sterilizers and effectively utilize cart washer and washer-decontaminators.

Minimum Qualifications Education :

High School diploma or equivalent, Must be able to read, write, and speak

English Certification :

Certification-Central Sterile Processing Technician or graduate of a program that qualifies the candidate to sit and pass the exam within six months from date of hire.
