The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically Scraper Pan to Load raw materials into the pans and ensure proper mixing and blending safely and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but is not limited to the following: Operate and control industrial pan equipment according to standard operating procedures. Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and other parameters to maintain optimal production conditions. Load raw materials into the pans and ensure proper mixing and blending. Monitor the quality of the product during the production process and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks. Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely production. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Document production data, including equipment readings, product specifications, and any issues or incidents that occur during the shift. Participate in training programs and stay updated on new equipment and technologies in the industry. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILL AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience operating industrial pans or similar equipment is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliable Transpiration to/from multiple projects Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to always adhere to them. Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as required.
