This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of tasks that involve the monitoring, control, and maintenance of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency in the production process. Duties

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct quality control checks on products to identify any defects or irregularities.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems with processes and equipment, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that processes are integrated and efficient.
  • Document all activities, maintenance, and quality control checks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Participate in training and cross-training activities to expand knowledge and skills. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the production of food, pharmaceuticals, or chemical products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods or lifting heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with quality control principles and procedures.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, as required.
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.
