In the role of a Chemical Processing Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring that every component is crafted to meet strict aesthetic and functionality standards.
Your Daily Tasks:
Expertly manage Bead Blast and centrifugal finishing devices. Conduct vibratory and buffing processes for optimal finishing. Precisely prepare parts by plugging and masking for various finishing processes. Execute chemical processes like Type II passivation and anodizing with finesse. Carry out measurements and chemical adjustments to maintain bath integrity, coupled with equipment maintenance. Handle waste management systems effectively. Maintain 5S standards and engage in continuous improvement actions. Undertake scheduled equipment maintenance tasks. Consistently deliver defect-free parts. Adherence to drawings and procedure instructions is paramount.
Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience, particularly in finishing and coating practices within manufacturing. Ability to follow precise instructions written and verbally communicated. Expertise in metals plating/finishing, blueprints reading, and operation of production equipment. Produce at set production rates with exceptional manual precision. Basic computer competency and readiness to handle various materials and chemicals. Operate machinery without incident or damage. Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to multiple process environments. Conscientious about reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to maintain effectiveness in high-performance team settings. Capability to stand and operate efficiently at a range of bench heights, lift moderately heavy loads, and maintain appropriate visual acuity.
