Job Description
Recycle Process Operator 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars White, GA 30184 We are is seeking an Ingot Recycling Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment, performing preventative maintenance, accurately entering and monitoring ingot data in real time using the CCS (Control Center System). You will collaborate closely with the shift leader to ensure any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks of Ingot Recycling Operators should include but not limited to the following: Operate and maintain equipment by following standard operating procedures (SOP) and access the HMI to execute automatic system functions Enter and monitor large datasets to track the corresponding ingot process Report any issues that arise during the process to the shift leader to ensure safety and maximize productivity Utilize the provided PPE to prevent injuries and contamination during the process Perform daily and weekly maintenance of equipment (as needed) to maintain optimal operating conditions Monitor the management of historical data related to by-products or recycled products Manage the lifecycle of raw material, including replacement and supply tracking Assist other operators with equipment when needed to prevent process delays Conduct yield and quality reporting, including product status updates and quality accept/reject decisions, and summarize key findings Conduct Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 1-2
years working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with networked based computer systems. (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement with suggestions and ideas. Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations. Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and leadership skills.
