Assist the Production management and shift teammates in the safe and effective completion of daily production & loading requirements to include: Proper labeling of packages Handling raw materials (hazardous and non-hazardous) Quality control analysis and routine testing of product samples Data retrieval and entry in the facility’s computer system (SAP) Safe Operation of powered industrial truck and yard truck Management and disposal of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous). Significant moving, lifting and manual labor is required. All employees are expected to work safely in accordance with established safety policies and wear company supplied PPE including a respirator.

Position Requirements :

Reading, writing and mathematical aptitude is required for performance of job duties. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a definite requirement. The successful candidate will possess computer skills or the ability to acquire through training. Demonstrate a willingness to work shifts and desire to improve their personal skills.

Position Expectations:

Work with and solicit input from team members to figure out the most effective way to meet daily tasks in the following areas: 1. Production requirements 2. Loading requirements 3. Behavioral Based Safety Program 4. Quality control testing Work with the Production Team to recommend and implement procedures or processes to make the team or plant more efficient and safe Comply with plant rules and expectations Ensure shift to shift information is communicated effectively Ensure that proper SAP data entry processes are followed Assume duties of team members in their absence. Gain introductory Chemical Operator B experience

Education:
