Job Description
As a Process Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands. We Offer Set Schedules:
Fixed 12 hour shift assignments on nights (no back and forth!) and a 2-week rotating schedule pattern, working 12hr shifts, equates to only 15 working days per month as a full-time associate!

Our food-grade facility is exceptionally clean & climate-controlled! You Will Operate a variety of top-of-the-line extrusion & blow-molding manufacturing equipment in a clean, safe & climate-controlled environment Monitor equipment, making adjustments to settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high-quality rigid plastic containers Troubleshoot equipment & perform routine preventative maintenance Assure Plastipak customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights & dimensions You Have Ability to work the following schedule: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am on a cycle of 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. This equates to two 3-day weekends off every month! High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience operating production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
