ARL Healthcare is seeking a:
Hydrocarbon Processing Technician.
Position success criteria:
Perform preparation and cleaning tasks efficiently. Operate cannabis extraction equipment safely. Acts safely and professionally in the lab setting. Punctual and exhibits an outstandingly positive attitude. Excellent organizational and communication skills Daily responsibilities: Work in hazardous environments and conditions. Operate cannabis extraction equipment safely. Conducts themselves safely and professionally. Prepare and clean equipment and workspace efficiently. Create product in a mass production setting. Follows good manufacturing practice standards. You will be required to perform the following types of cannabis oil extractions and filtrations; subcritical hydrocarbon extraction ethanol extraction CO2, hash, kief extraction, lipid, distillation, and butane You must be able to proficiently handle the following hazardous materials; hydrocarbons ethanol isopropyl alcohol acetone critically hot material cryogenic cold material Other critical responsibilities Interact with Metrc, inventory systems, and reports to insure that all material is being tracked in accordance with state law Logging and reporting as required by state law Performing clerical work related to laboratory activities such as record keeping Maintain extraction equipment and laboratory facility Maintaining strict inventory records of all materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to laboratory equipment Washing and sterilizing laboratory glassware Be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to execute standard operating protocols consistently Must be proficient with windows computers Must possess the physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required to accomplish duties Interact with senior team Be punctual and exhibit an outstandingly positive attitude Attend and add value to team meetings Participate in strategic discussions about company, direction, execution, etc. Engage in honest, innovative, problem-solving dialogue Maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude towards all work asked of you to complete Additional Requirements Must be 21 or older Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check annually
