Production Batch Maker $18-22 Days 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Beverly, MA 01915 Schulte Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Batchmaker to accurately mix and prepare raw materials while maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows strict guidelines, and works well in a team setting.

- Friday 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM
- 5:00 PM (Must be flexible) $18.00

DOE Responsibilities:
Follow batch formulas precisely with no deviations. Maintain accurate records of lot numbers, weights, and raw materials used. Clean and sterilize batching equipment, including tanks, mixers, pumps, and utensils. Perform preliminary testing using a pH meter. Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals and raw materials. Work closely with inventory control to manage raw material and chemical levels. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for safe handling and procedures. Perform DI water tank changeovers as needed. Complete forklift training and operate equipment safely. Retain batch samples with clear documentation. Keep washout rooms and work areas clean and organized. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in chemical batch making. Strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and laboratory procedures. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Experience in packaging and machining processes is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining safety and quality standards.
