Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Clean Room Technician I who support clean-room manufacturing operations by setting up and maintaining production equipment, optimizing processes through data analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams on testing and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a clean-room environment, a strong understanding of production equipment calibration and maintenance, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out production tasks in a clean-room manufacturing setting.
Set up, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
Collect and analyze operational data to adjust equipment and optimize processes.
Utilize advanced software to monitor and manage components throughout the production process.
Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments.
Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, fostering a team-oriented and skill-building environment.

Skills Required:

Experience in a clean-room manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining production equipment.
Ability to collect and analyze operational data for process optimization.
