In this hands-on production role, you’ll operate chemical etching equipment to create micro-precision features on metal components. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a process-driven, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Operate chemical etching tanks and equipment in accordance with process instructions Follow job travelers and special instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance Use calipers, gauges, and other tools to measure product conformance Accurately record inspection data and production details Monitor chemical solution levels and equipment condition; perform minor maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety procedures Identify and report quality concerns or material issues to team lead Work independently to meet daily production goals while supporting team objectives What You Bring Prior experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, or a similar hands-on role (preferred but not required) Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and job travelers Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and rulers Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Comfort working around chemicals and willingness to wear PPE Dependability, time management skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision A positive, team-oriented attitude Why Join Tech Etch?
