Job Title:
Semiconductor Anodize Cleaning Technician (2nd Shift, Scarborough, ME) 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday – Friday + 10% overtime pay +
Benefits Core Duties:
Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods (wiping, scrubbing, masking, etching, blasting, coating, drying, baking). Adhere to SOPs, Lean manufacturing processes, and company policies. Maintain organized, clean work area and follow safety protocols. Handle hazardous chemicals safely and ensure proper disposal. Participate in safety meetings, training, and 6S practices. Log SPC measurements and data.
Key Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in repetitive tasks with quick turnaround. Good verbal and written communication. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel). Ability to wear required gowning (hairnet, frock). Flexible to work some weekends/evenings.
Education & Experience:
1+ year in manufacturing processes; 3+ years hands-on experience preferred. Experience in parts cleaning, coating technologies, or semiconductor/high-tech industries a plus. Kaizen, Lean, or Quality Assurance experience highly valued.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
