The Role You Have Been Looking For As a Baler Operator at Modern Litho, you will be responsible for managing and processing waste materials, such as paper scraps and defective prints, from the production floor. Additionally, it is essential to take reasonable care of company property and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. From Set Up to
Finish:
Your Role in the Process Collect and sort waste materials Perform basic machine maintenance Ensure bale quality and compression Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Maintain cleanliness in the work area
The Fine Print:
What You Need to Succeed Mechanical experience required Comfortable with heavy lifting (60 lbs), pulling, and pushing. May include reaching and stooping. Constant standing (+8 hrs) Strong work ethic and attendance record Comfortable working with heavy machinery Detail-oriented and quality-focused Responsible for company property and equipment Your Production Schedule 9:00 pm – 7:00 am Night shift [Monday-Thursday]
