Shift Pay:

$20.96 per hour plus

Shift Differential:

$1.00 per hour

Shift & Working Hours:

This roleis part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. This is a part-time rolewith flexible hours, where you can choose your schedule within theoperating hours of 3rd shift (11:00pm

• 7:30am).

Typical hoursworked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this mayvary based on location. In this role, you will be a key member ofour Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-lineproduction processes that add value and quality to the inputs andcreation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills andexperience of taking raw materials to produce our final productsfor customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment,packaging the final product. KeyResponsibilities:

• Complies with all safety processes and insistson safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time,completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly
• Ableto multi-task and keep up with production demands in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Ensures all quality standards and standard operatingprocedures are followed during production process
• Maintainscleanliness and organization of work area
• Follows theinstructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily workassignments

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18 years orolder
• 6 months of work experience in any industry
• Basiccomputer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend, followverbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn new skills,problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration,communication skills, and is always respectful

PreferredExperience:

• 1 year of manufacturing work experience
• Machineoperation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ableto lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement includingwalking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing,pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hotenvironments for extended periods and may include areas where dustand chemicals are present
