Flex Production Operator 3rd

Shift Pay:

$20.96 per hour plus

Shift Differential:

$1.00 per hour (if applicable)

Shift & WorkingHours:

This role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. This isa part-time role with flexible hours, where you can choose yourschedule within the operating hours of 3rd shift (11:00pm

• 7:30am).

Typical hours worked per week will usually be between16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location. In this role, youwill be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team,performing front-line production processes that add value andquality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products.

You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials toproduce our final products for customers. This will includeoperating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complies with all safetyprocesses and insists on safety practices of self and others
• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts tochanges quickly
• Able to multi-task and keep up with productiondemands in a fast-paced environment
• Ensures all quality standardsand standard operating procedures are followed during productionprocess
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
• Follows the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplishdaily work assignments

Required Experience and Skills:

• Must be 18years or older
• 6 months of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• Able to read, write, comprehend,follow verbal and written instructions
• Willingness to learn newskills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
• Strong collaboration,communication skills, and is always respectful

PreferredExperience:

• 1 year of manufacturing work experience
• Machineoperation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ableto lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement includingwalking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing,pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hotenvironments for extended periods and may include areas where dustand chemicals are present
