Pay Rate:
$21.00 – $23.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule:
12-Hour DuPont Swing Shifts (6:50 AM – 6:50 PM / 6:50 PM – 6:50 AM) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have technical experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the stamina to perform repetitive tasks with precision. Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate manufacturing equipment. Perform repetitive tasks using levers, buttons, and foot pedals. Make minor machinery adjustments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare machines by loading materials and inputting data into computer controls. Inspect and monitor machines, adjusting settings like pressure and speed to maintain product quality. Monitor and record data such as material types, temperatures, speeds, pressures, and counts. Conduct quality checks by preparing product samples, measuring, weighing, and inspecting visual appearance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Obtain and maintain Fork Truck certification.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs. Perform tasks involving bending, stretching, pushing, and carrying heavy objects. Stand for extended periods. Some tasks may require climbing stairs or mounting/dismounting forklifts.
Education Requirements:
