The Chemical Applications Operator is responsible for loading,unloading, operating and troubleshooting the applications robot;services the machine with chemical; packs, boxes, and palletizesthe finished product. This position requires a minimum of Bronze Work keys score
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Otherduties may be assigned. o Applies labels to lid for canisters o Applies bottom UPC label to canisters o Unloads slit rolls from Gaylord box and inspects for correct slitedge quality and contamination o Loads the slit tape rolls into the designated cup on conveyor infeed into the machine o Removes tape rolls from the robot conveyor after the chemicalapplication o Cleans/vacuums excessive chemical from tape edges o Places cleaned roll into plastic canister, applies lid andseals o Packs canister into specified box or display carton o Performs data-entry on SAP Computer System o Assists in the development of new procedures and processimprovement through the S4 system o Assists in training new associates o Performs any other duties and/or assignments made by ShiftManager
