What you will do Respect for operational modes andstandards, focus on quality following the work instructions and theestablished operating modes. Promote salvage of parts at all stagesof the production process Meet daily production objectives, withoutgenerating losses and impacts on deliveries. Maintain theproduction standard, without generating anomalies to the product/process, ensuring reliability and regularity in the execution ofthe work. Propose ideas for improvements, meeting the area’s KeyPerformance Indicator and contributing to cost reduction. Respectfor the safety concepts and actively participate in the departmentmeetings and gives the necessary referrals, makes use of theindicated PPE and safety devices. Inform team leaders of deviationsin the process, contributing to the reporting of waste in theprocess. Learn and make use of 5S methodology, existent check list,approaches, correct disposal of residues and secure correctidentification of chemicals. Learn and keep the systems updateddaily, record properly and accurately required information tosupport production processes.

2:00 p.m. – 12 a.m. Monday -Thursday Who are you? Education and Experience High school diplomaor GED required Two (2) years’ experience is a plus Basic Microsoftoffice knowledge is an advantage Good mechanical knowledge andworking knowledge of general machinery and equipment. PhysicalDemands Regularly required to reach with arms and hands Be able tolift up to 50lbs on frequent basis Required to stand, walk, and usehands to handle tools/controls Required to sit, climb, balance andcrouch.
