As a Process Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational excellence of the manufacturing process. $18.50 per hour What’s the Job? Operate, challenge, and replenish consumable supplies while maintaining cleanliness of equipment in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs. Actively monitor equipment for excessive rejects or stoppages and utilize performance data to escalate any issues affecting product quality. Participate in performance management and problem-solving processes to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency objectives. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of production equipment. Conduct equipment setup and changeovers according to specifications, ensuring minimal startup issues. What’s Needed? High School Diploma or GED. Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments. Ability to handle up to 40 lbs. of materials. Willingness to work up to 12.5 hours in one shift if required.
