Thisposition will follow the Maintenance Management schedule to ensureall maintenance task are completed on time and in compliance withstandard operating procedures.
Relationships Reports to:
Supervisorof Manufacturing Number of subordinates with direct/indirectreferral: n/a Essential Functions Trouble shooting, repair andmaintenance of process utility related systems, including: PurifiedWater, Water For Injection, Clean Steam, and Building Waste SystemsSupport plant utility as required Available for “On-Call” asrequired Complete all paperwork in a GMP compliant manner Completeassigned PM work orders and Facilities Work Request Perform allother duties or task required by NNUSBPI, Inc. Perform daily checkson all process utility systems Maintenance Management System datain-put and operation to ensure all scheduled maintenance task arecompleted on time and in compliance with SOP’s Performs all jobduties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner andin accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations andindustry codes Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentialsin all activities and interactions with others
QualificationsEducation and Certifications:
Associates degree in relevant fieldor equivalent military training with minimum one (1) year of workexperience or high school diploma or equivalent with Minimum of two(2) years of experience in facility equipment / system maintenance
Work Experience:
Previous experience in clean room and GMPapplications preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing Possessbasic reading, math, and comprehension skills Ability to work witha group and independently Knowledge of proper use of hand toolsBasic mechanical aptitude IND23 Physical Requirements 0-10%overnight travel required. The ability to climb, balance, stoop,kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, and walk. The ability to push,pull, lift, finger, feel, and grasp. The ability to speak, listen,and understand verbal and written communication. Repetitionincluding substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers.
Lifting up to 33lbs/15kg of force occasionally, and/or up to 30pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of forceconstantly to move objects. Visual acuity to perform closeactivities such as: reading, writing, and analyzing; and todetermine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assignedor to make general observations. The working environment includes avariety of physical conditions including: noise, vibration, insideand outside conditions including temperature changes, extreme cold,and extreme heat; proximity to moving mechanical parts, movingvehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and highplaces, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
