The Endoscope Cleaning Technician is responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of all endoscopic equipment in preparation of inspection and repair. This role is vital to the quality assurance of PENTAX Medical Endoscopes.
Responsibilities of Endoscope Inspection Technician:
Responsible for the cleaning of all endoscopes Ensures proper cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes via Instructions For Use (IFU) manual for devices Prepares endoscopes for Quality Control Inspection following process Loads objects on to Endoscope sterilization machine which carries them through a series of chemical and rinsing baths, or places objects on racks or in containers and immerses objects in chemical rinsing solutions Controls sterilization machine and regulates temperature of solution and conveyor speed Maintains consistency of cleaning solutions by adding specified amount of chemical to solutions Drains, cleans, refills tanks with chemicals and dries objects Examines cleaned objects to ensure conformance to standards Maintain documentation logs and records within the D365 company designated system Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as applicable professional standards Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements of Endoscope Inspection Technician:
