This rate represents a good faith estimate for this position Job Description Summary Controls or operates machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Inspect and maintain safety equipment regularly; ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including PPE use and chemical exposure precautions. Transfer chemicals between process areas and perform labeling, stock movement, and packaging supply inventory. Prepare equipment for maintenance using Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and issue Safe Work permits. Conduct water sampling, oversee weekend river pump operations, and support wastewater reporting. Troubleshoot processes, perform minor maintenance, and submit maintenance work requests. Accurately document operational activities and prepare monthly inventory and wastewater reports. Communicate effectively with team members across shifts and participate in all required training. Work in physically demanding environments involving walking, climbing, and handling materials, often exposed to fumes and chemicals.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in chemical environments. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word; familiarity with SAP and SharePoint is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated problem-solving ability in continuous improvement settings; detail-oriented and organized. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Committed to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards; aware of risks and hazards. Physically capable of frequent walking, climbing, and lifting over 50 pounds; must handle raw materials and finished products. Must tolerate exposure to fumes and chemicals; respirator use and PPE required; no chemical allergies.

Summary Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Pay Range:
