What You’ll Do:
Oversee the chip frying process to ensure a high-quality product, every batch, every time Manage and mentor a team of Kettle Operators, giving breaks and support throughout the shift Start up and shut down kettles safely and efficiently Monitor and maintain fryer oil levels and change as needed Set up and swap out slicer heads Coordinate with prep rooms and the packing team to keep production flowing Ensure quality and food safety from start to finish—raw potatoes to packaged chips Document logs and records accurately and in a timely fashion Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed Keep your workspace—and the team’s—clean, organized, and sanitized Work in high-heat, noisy, oily environments with focus and precision Support company policies, GMPs, and fire safety protocols Pitch in wherever needed. Shift Supervisor or Plant Management Your Experience:
Previous experience in food production, frying, or supervising manufacturing teams is a big plus Comfortable working in a physically demanding, hot, and fast-paced environment Knowledge of GMPs, safety procedures, and food handling is preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift Team-first attitude and great communication skills Sound like you?
