The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that chemical operations are conducted safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of chemical handling and manufacturing processes, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Fabricate materials according to specifications and maintain accurate records of production activities. Handle materials in compliance with safety regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Package finished products for distribution, ensuring quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operations. Collaborate with team members to implement Lean manufacturing principles for process improvement. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Skills Strong background in materials handling and warehouse operations. Proficiency in machining processes related to chemical production. Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is preferred. Familiarity with laboratory procedures and safety practices in a chemical environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with colleagues across various departments.
