Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for following customer requirements, specifications and work orders supplied by production control to prepare, clean and inspect parts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process parts as specified on work instructions Keep chemical processing area clean and free of debris Monitor supplies and items used noting expiration dates, customer specifications and safety policies Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspection as required Perform all other duties, as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand, walk (on concrete surfaces), bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and lift to perform repetitive movements Must be able to lift/push/pull objects up to 35 pounds, heavier objects require assistance Ability to adhere to safety policies Must be able to use computer to enter data Strong attention to detail High accuracy when counting Must have working command of the English language and be able to communicate orally and in writing (basic oral instructions, simple written memos and instructions)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED Required Certification from Technical School a plus 1-3 years Previous Chemical Experience a plus RBC Bearings is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
