Second Shift Location:
Springfield, TN Main Tasks:
Provides support throughout the Molding department in producing the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations. Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality-related issues. Backfills for absenteeism. Assists with changeovers. Troubleshoots functional defects.
Qualifications:
2 years of manufacturing/production experience. Able to bend, stoop, reach, grip, and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis. Able to sit, stand, and walk for 8-10 hour periods. Must be able to communicate in English concisely, both verbally and in writing.
