Production Technician Position Available In Wilson, Tennessee

Production Technician Job Description As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. Responsibilities Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings for assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and packaging. Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of production experience (preferred but not required). Computer knowledge and skills to log into a computer system to complete training modules. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a fast-paced controlled cleanroom setting, requiring up to 10 hours of work per day with additional overtime as needed. The cleanroom maintains greater than 30% humidity with temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees. There is some ambient noise. Specific gowning is required, including gloves, hair and beard nets, face cover, safety glasses, and no makeup or jewelry. The position involves forceful gripping, grasping, and repetitive motion, including pushing and pulling. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understanding of chemical hygiene are necessary, as common chemicals include disinfectants, solvents, and IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol 70% and 99%). The ability to stand, move, reach, bend, stoop, and grasp throughout the shift is required, along with the ability to lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds infrequently without assistance. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $21.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
