Production Technician Job Description You will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. As a Production Technician, you will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This position requires following cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings. Handle materials and operate equipment as per guidelines. Ensure adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Essential Skills Production experience (1 year preferred but not required) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow complex procedures Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles Ability to work in a team environment Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, or order picking Ability to use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene, including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is based in a controlled cleanroom environment with greater than 30% humidity and temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The cleanroom has some ambient noise. Specific gowning is required, including gloves, hair and beard net, face cover, safety glasses, and no makeup or jewelry. The position requires forceful gripping/grasping and repetitive motion, including pushing and pulling. You will need to be able to stand and move about, including reaching, bending, stooping, and grasping, for up to 8 hours a day, with additional overtime as required. You must also be able to infrequently lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
