7:00 a.m. – 3:30 pm(Monday – Friday) Position Summary The Press Brake Operator is a hands-on role responsible for daily press brake production activities. This role involves coordinating workflow, supporting press brake operators, and performing brake operations to produce parts that meet quality standards and production timelines. Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to read and understand detailed drawings, follow routers and use math to perform calculations.
• Must have a good understanding of angles
• Must be able to read the drawings and plan the sequence of operations
• Must be able to select and position the correct flat, V-block, radius, or special purpose die sets into ram and bed of machine.
• Must be able to program the controller to make the correct bends
• Must be able to perform visual inspections and dimensional inspections using calipers and tape measures (standard and metric).
• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
• Update computer records and paperwork in accordance with production requirements.
• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on press brakes as required.
• Maintain work area in clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Performs all other duties, as assigned. Qualifications
• Ability to perform essential duties
• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of CNC press brake setup experience Physical Requirements Stand and grip frequently, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Push/pull and maintain balance while working around equipment. Perform occasional bending, reaching, and walking. Vision requirements include depth perception, close/distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
