Schedule:

Must be flexible, able to work 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently to fabricate CLT panels and mass timber components.
Follow CNC operational procedures, maintain product flow, and meet production schedules.
Monitor machines for maintenance needs and perform calibration checks as required.
Identify panel defects before milling and adjust toolpaths to optimize cuts.
Accurately measure finished panels, review blueprints, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Maintain records in Zoho, label finished pieces correctly and communicate effectively with the team.
Keep CNC machines, tools, and work areas clean while removing trimmings and replacing dull cutting tools.

Qualifications:

Two years of relevant experience, CNC experience, ability to read a tape measure, and basic math skills.
