OPERATOR
Up to $500 Sign On Bonus!!! Monthly Attendance Bonus!!! Great Benefits and Working Environment!!! SUMMARY Sets up and operates single or multiple routing machine to cut slots, grooves, designs, or recesses in material by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Studies, blueprints, drawings, or samples and written specifications to ascertain size, depth, and locations of cuts to be made. Selects and installs router bits in spindle chucks according to specifications. Spaces spindles on shaft at specified intervals and turns hand wheels or set stops to regulate depth of cut. Clamps stock to jig, inserts in guide hole of machine able, and places jig over guide pin, or compass part to movable table of machine. Starts machine and presses pedal to raise table and feed stock into rotating bits. Moves stock under bits, following guides, lines, or slots in jig, to cut specified slots, designs, grooves, or recesses in stock. Measures dimensions of processed material conformance to specifications.

EXPERIENCE
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
