2nd Shift CNC Laser Operator G.R. Manufacturing, Inc. 4800 Commerce Dr, Trussville, AL 35173 Position Title

• Laser Operator Department
• Manufacturing Reports To
• Metal Prep Supervisor Overall Responsibility
• Operate the CNC laser cutting machine Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Review production requirements and plan production that promotes efficient use of machine Review cutting program and select correct raw material Load correct raw material using overhead crane and/or forklift Load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the machine Monitor cutting performance and make appropriate operator level adjustments as required Perform operator level maintenance as needed, daily and as scheduled Maintain proper documentation required for production and maintenance Remove parts and skeleton from laser table after cutting is complete Inspect and perform final cleanup of parts as needed Continuously maintain exceptionally clean/organized work area Assist with unloading raw material deliveries as needed Assist in other areas of metal prep department as needed Assist maintenance department with scheduled maintenance/repairs as needed Skills and Attributes•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to operate overhead crane and forklifts Ability to use general measurement devices…tape measure, calipers, gauges, etc.. Ability to follow safety, operation and maintenance procedures precisely Ability to show great attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively Experience Requirements

• 2 plus years of experience with laser cutting machines or similar CNC machinery High school diploma or
