CNC Machine Operator -2nd shift Position Available In Greene, Arkansas

• Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, bar feeder, and live tooling
• Optimize set-up times, maximize machine utilization
• Ability to run CNC vertical mills/robo drills
• Understand specifications of the tasks by reading blueprints, route instructions
• Experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T
• Troubleshoot programs and make adjustments when needed
• Setup CNC lathe machines to complete full cycles to produce a high and low volume of parts, improve productivity, maintain offsets, and inspect parts with a high degree of precision
• Follow the in-process part inspection process, and notify the Supervisor/Lead on the occurrence of non-conformance
• Communicate with superintendents, managers, production control, and quality personnel for assignments, and resolve quality issues
• Work safely and wear all required PPE for the duration of the shift
• Document all issues written to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
• Check and perform preventive maintenance daily
